Tim Dalhouse, MBA, PMP, ICP is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PM-ProLearn; he is also an instructor, speaker, and author with expertise in Project Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam preparation training. Tim is also a decorated Retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sergeant with 24 years of active duty service, including 2 combat deployments. One of the greatest honors of his military career was serving as a Casualty Escort on 3 separate occasions to return home the remains of Marines killed in action during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After retirement from the Marines, Tim served as Director of Workforce Development & Military Programs with Craven Community College in North Carolina, developing and administering occupational and technical training programs. He then went on to manage software and regulatory projects for the Department of Defense (CGI Federal), US Food & Drug Administration, Department of Veteran’s Affairs (Accenture Federal Services), and Regent Education.
Tim has trained over 1,000 PMP aspirants, and is the author of How to Use Military Experience to Qualify for the PMP Exam. He has taught undergraduate courses at Southern Illinois University and Park University, and professional development courses for American National University, University of Maryland University College, and Montgomery College. Tim is a designated Master Training Specialist by the Chief of Naval Technical Training, and previously held a Top Secret clearance.
Tim holds an MBA in Public Management from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Systems Technology from Southern Illinois University. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) Washington, DC Chapter and the Golden Key International Honour Society for Academic Excellence.
Tim was awarded the FDA, Center for Veterinary Medicine, 2014 High-Performing Organization Award for creating collaborative support across diverse work teams to achieve significant organizational process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. His military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (2), Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2), Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, NATO Medal, and Armed Forces Service Medal.
Tim is an avid runner, cyclist and SCUBA diver. He volunteers as the Treasurer for Central Maryland Youth for Christ in Frederick, Maryland where he lives with his wife, Alicia, and step-son, Scott.
Ian Fisher, PMP, PMI-ACP is the Operations Director for PM-ProLearn. He is also a guest speaker and major content contributor to the PM-ProLearn blog with expertise in Project Management, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP®) exam preparation training. Ian is also a decorated Retired U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 20 years of active duty service, including 3 combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Ian has served in all three Marine Corps Tank Battalions (Active and Reserve) and at the Marine Armor Detachment while it was still housed at Fort Knox, KY as a Tank Crewman and M1A1/A2 Master Gunner. He was also a certified Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Primary Marksmanship Instructor (PMI) and Small Arms Weapons Instructor (SAWIC).
After retirement from the Marines, Ian served as Assistant Director of Professional Services for TimeClock Plus®, working with project teams to develop and implement API-driven and manual interfaces to link time and attendance software to Workforce Management Systems along with developing and introducing program and project best practices across the organization. Ian's project experience exposed him to predictive project management methods, agile methodologies (such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban), and hybrid lifecycle projects.
Ian was trained by Florida State University and the United States Marine Corps in Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Concepts, and the Socratic Method of instruction.
Ian works as a mentor for project management for people looking for mentoring in Project Management methodologies (predictive, agile, hybrid, and extreme), employment, and university degree programs. Ian also mentors transitioning veterans looking for meaningful employment in the field of project management.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies (Summa Cum Laude) from American Military University. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) West Texas and Austin Chapters and the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons.

Ian is an avid outdoorsman, Texas Cattleman, and a volunteer referee for a youth soccer league. Ian resides in South Texas with his wife, Tricia, and daughters, Erin and Ella.
Stacy King, MBA, PMP, LSSGB is an instructor for PM-ProLearn. He brings a wealth of strategic, tactical, operational knowledge, and experience across a diverse mix of organizations and industries. Stacy completed a 22-year career with the Marine Corps in 2006 which includes personal highlights of Drill Instructor duty, Maintenance Management SME, Combat Operations, and Company First Sergeant.
Stacy was introduced to TQM in 1993 which led to positions and experiences which would eventually lead to expertise in project management, program management, continuous improvement, Kaizen, standard work, agile, maturity assessments, training, adjunct instruction, curriculum development, quality management systems, and lean management. Stacy has led improvement events within the Department of Defense, SPAWAR Atlantic, CGI Federal, and Amazon.
Stacy expanded his knowledge base in 2014 by conducting PMP Exam Prep training and LSSGB Exam Prep training as a contractor for multiple training providers. Stacy also conducts course evaluations for the Defense Acquisitions University and has developed a 2-day, 4-day, and two eBooks in the Project Manager's Cookbook series under the PMP Whisperer Brand.
Stacy has a BS in Criminal Justice from Chaminade University, an MBA in Project Management from Strayer University and is currently enrolled in the DBA Program at Argosy University. He brings a multitude of tools to any client engagement as well as the ability to effectively listen, observe, facilitate and guide the client(s) through accurate identification of the concepts under the study until the ah-ha moment has occurred.
Ryan King, MBA, PMP, CSDP, DML is an instructor for PM-ProLearn. He has previously taught Master level courses in Project Management, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, and Negotiations at Webster University and Undergraduate Business courses at Baker University. He was also an instructor at the US Army’s Transportation School and the US Navy’s Expeditionary Warfare Training Group – Pacific. His last assignment was as an Assistant Professor at the US Army’s Command and General Staff College (CGSC).
He is currently an active duty Army Officer with nearly 23 years of service as an Army Transportation Officer / Logistician including two overseas tours to the Middle East. Ryan has served in numerous assignments with the Army to include Company Command; Battalion, Brigade and Division Staff; and several tours as an instructor and trainer. His current position is as an Operations Officer for a Transportation Brigade responsible for the surface movements of all Department of Defense cargo into and out of the United States and US Southern Command. He has numerous military certifications including Navy/Marine Corps Instructor, Army Instructor and Curriculum Developer. While an instructor at the Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Ryan developed the school’s first ever Project Management Professional (PMP) course which is still taught there and was named the 2017 Military Logistics Instructor of the Year.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) with a US Coast Guard Thirds Mate License. He also has a Master of Arts in Transportation / Logistics Management from American Military University and an MBA from California State University (Delta Mu Delta). He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Demonstrated Master Logistician (DML).

Ryan enjoys spending time with his family where he is an active Cub Scout leader and playing sports especially rugby which he played for 25 years. He lives in Virginia with his wife Cathy and two children Joseph and Amelia.
Dr. Lucas Marino, PMP, CMRP is an instructor for PM-ProLearn. He completed a 21-year career with the U.S. Coast Guard which included afloat tours deployed to the Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea, Caribbean Sea, and Atlantic Ocean in support of counter-narcotics and migrant interdiction operations. His naval engineering career included tours as a propulsion and power systems technician, law enforcement boarding team member, Machinery Technician School Instructor, Damage Control Assistant, Port Engineer, afloat Engineer Officer (Chief Engineer), Naval Engineering Workforce and Policy Manager at CGHQ, and Deputy Branch Chief of the Coast Guard’s Engineering and Weapons School at CG Training Center Yorktown, VA. Throughout his career, he served as a Project Manager for ship maintenance and training projects valued in excess of $40 million dollars.
Lucas is an accomplished author, consultant, and instructor who specializes in reliability engineering, systems engineering, project management, and training development. He has a passion for public speaking, strategic thinking, and workforce development. He has contributed to the integrated logistics and project management disciplines as the author of a several works on Level of Repair Analysis and was selected to serve as the Project Management Domain Champion for the 5th revision of the Engineering Management Body of Knowledge, published by the American Society for Engineering Management.
Lucas’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and Master of Science and Doctor of Engineering degrees in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from The George Washington University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
Michael Burgos, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP is an instructor for PM-ProLearn. He has 14 years of experience in curriculum development, instructing, and training in areas of leadership, organizational design, process development, and project management. Mike is a decorated Retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Four with over 22 years of active duty experience including three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He has served at every level of command within the Army from Platoon up to the Army Headquarters Staff. Mike’s positions included Fire Direction Chief (Field Artillery), Rader Section Leader/Platoon Leader, Brigade Targeting Officer, Division Targeting Officer, Division G-3 Operations Planner, Field Artillery Intelligence Officer, and Nuclear Targeting Officer for the Army. Mike also was an Instructor for Advanced Individual training, the Field Artillery Captain Career Course, Warrant Officer Basic Course and Advance Course and the Theater Nuclear Operation Course. Mike previously held a Top Secret – SCI clearance.
After retirement from the Army, Mike relocated to the Myrtle Beach area and served as the Senior Army Instructor for the Army Junior ROTC program at Green Sea-Floyds High School.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) from Thomas Edison State University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Patten University. Mike is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), an Agile Certified Practitioner® from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and member of PMI®.

Mike resides in North Myrtle Beach with his wife Leanne and sons, Joe and Michael. He enjoys helping others achieve their goals through coaching, mentoring, and teaching.
Jamie Jett, PMP is an instructor for PM-Pro Learn. He brings the experience and knowledge gained during a 25-year career in the Air Force from which he retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He served in various positions at the Squadron, Group and Major Command levels as the Senior Enlisted Leader for Operations in the areas of Flight Test and Evaluation, Special Operations Aviation, and Airborne Warning & Control Systems. He also has extensive experience as a Command Aircrew Instructor/Evaluator with expertise in Communications and Electronics.
After retirement Jamie relocated to Fayetteville, Arkansas and worked as an IT Project Manager for a regional bank. He currently volunteers as the Director of Project Management for GiveCamp Northwest Arkansas providing free website development for local non-profits.
Jamie graduated from Troy State University with a Bachelor of Science in Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
He lives with his wife Trish and daughter Sophie in NW Arkansas where they enjoy the outdoors, hiking and golfing.
Alvin Keen, MBA, MPM, PMP, SCPM, LSBB is an instructor for PM-Prolearn. He has 20 years of experience as an adjunct faculty teaching both undergraduate and graduate level at several universities which include Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, New England College of Business, National Graduate School of Management, and Belhaven University. Alvin has taught courses in Project Management, Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Organization Theory, Strategic Management, Lean Six Sigma – Black and Green Belt, Conflict Resolutions, Leadership, Social Ethics Responsibility for Business, Bench-marking, Finance Accounting for Lean, and Quality System Management.
In his civilian professional career he has project management and finance experience in the aerospace and oil-gas industries.
Alvin is a retired Lieutenant Colonel. U.S. Army Reserves with 34 years of service. His last duty assignment was as G-8 with 348th ESC in Fort Sam in San Antonio, TX. Alvin served 5 years of active duty tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Alvin has commanded at company and battalion level, battalion-brigade staff officer positions, and as Observer Controller Trainer for both US Army Reserves and National Guard units.
Alvin’s military education includes graduate of U.S. Air War College (DL); U.S. Army Command and General Staff College; U.S. Navy Staff Fleet College; U.S. Air Force Air Command & Staff College; U.S. Joint Forces Staff College – Advanced Joint professional Military Education (AJPME) and a graduate of DOD Program Management Course. During his military career, Alvin completed Functional Areas (FA) 57- Modeling & Simulation; FA-51C – Contracts. He is certified as a DOD DAWIA – Level II in both Contracts and Program Management. He completed US Army CGSC course for instructor certification to instruct CGSC/ILE for US Army Reserve. He is a graduate of Infantry OBC, Armor OAC, and Ordnance OAC.
Alvin has earned Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management; Master of Business in Administration – Finance specialization from Pepperdine University. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM), and DOD Black Belt and DOD Green Belt.

Tim Litherland, MHR, MSITM, PMP is an instructor for PM ProLearn. He has extensive experience in contract management and is a Certified Scrum Master. Tim is a USAF retired Chief Master Sergeant with over 24 years active duty service as a Security Policemen and First Sergeant including deployments supporting Operations JOINT ENVEDAVOR and ENDURING FREEDOM.
After retirement from the Air Force, Tim served as a defense contractor with Information International Associates, Inc (IIA) supporting USAF operations in the United Kingdom. In this role he was a base training manager and later a human resources systems manager. He has extensive IT experience and holds Computer Technology Industry Association certifications in Security +, Network + and A+ and is also a Microsoft certified technician. Tim was a point man for IIA DOD business development opportunities and has extensive experience writing contract proposals, contract standards and statements of work. A PMP since October 2010, Tim is also a Project Management Institute member and was an associate PMP prep instructor for Becauz LLC (2012 – 2014), providing introductory level PMP training to Microsoft employees at their company offices across Europe. Tim became a member of the Civil Service in 2015 and has held a number of challenging IT positions in Plans, Client Support and Management. Both his contractor and civil service positions provided multiple and challenging predicative and agile project development opportunities including mobile technology deployment and support to allow his clients secure communications to support ongoing US military operations. A noted problem solver, Tim has used a variety to predictive, hybrid and agile methodologies to solve client and leadership problems since his retirement from active USAF service.
Tim holds a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Information Technology degree from Trident University International in addition to a number of computer certifications. He is a past European Division and International Vice President of the AF Sergeants Association. Tim he is also active with the American Legion serving as the local post Adjutant.
His military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (3), the Air Force Commendation Medal (3), the Air Force Achievement Medal (2), the National Defense Service Medal with bronze star device, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Armed Forces Service Medal.
