Using Purchase Orders to Enroll in PM-ProLearn Courses

  1. This page will show you how to enroll in your PM-ProLearn Course using a Purchase Order ID number if you were provided one by your organization’s Course Lead or by the PM-ProLearn Support Team.
  2. Purchase Orders are generally used when your training is being funded by a third party (AF COOL, Army CA, Unit, Company, etc.) who is making payment outside of our website.
  3. If you feel that you should have received a Purchase Order ID number to enroll, but you haven’t yet received it, please contact our Support Team at support@pm-prolearn.com or 301-494-3888 prior to enrolling.

Step 1 – Navigate to your selected course page on www.pm-prolearn.com A link may have been provided to you in an email from your organization’s Course Lead or our Support Team or you may select the course from our Course Catalog 

 

 Step 2 – On this course page, click on the black button “Purchase for $1959” on the right side of the page

 

Step 3 – On the next page (Checkout), if you have a Coupon Code, click the gray “Apply coupon” button on the left side of the page. Once the “Apply Coupon” pop-up appears, enter your Coupon Code and then click on the black “Apply” button. You will notice the total price displayed on the left side of the screen has updated appropriately. (You may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker for this to work)

 

Step 4 – On the Checkout page, please complete all required fields to Create an account. Please retain the “User ID” and “Password” you create in this step so that you can log back into your account. If you already have an account with us, please skip this step and go to Step 4A below

 

Step 4A – On the Checkout page, if you already have an account with us, click the blue “Log in” button. If this is your first time registering with us, please go back to Step 4 above to Create an account

 

Step 5 – On the Checkout page, click the blue hyperlink to read our Terms and conditions

 

Step 6 – After reading our Terms and conditions, return to the Checkout page and click the checkbox to indicate “I agree to Terms and conditions”

 

Step 7 – Scroll down to the “Payment” section and click the gray “Pay with Purchase order” button on the right side of the page. Once the “Pay with Purchase order” pop-up appears, enter your Purchase order ID number, and then click on the black “Confirm purchase” button. (You may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker for this to work)

 

Step 8 – After clicking the “Pay with Purchase order” button, you will be taken to your account “Purchases” page showing the course you have requested enrollment into with the Purchase Order ID number. Notice the following normal indications on this screen:

  1. The message at the top of the screen that says, “Congratulations your purchase is almost complete!”
  2. Your course is shown as “Pending Approval”
  3. Your course status is “Not enrolled”

 

Step 9 This verification step is for the PM-ProLearn team and no action is needed on your part. Within 1 business day, we will verify that the payment associated with your Purchase Order ID number from the third-party funding source (AF COOL, Army CA, Unit, Company, etc.) has been received or properly scheduled for payment. Once verified, your enrollment will activate and:

  1. You will receive an email notification of enrollment
  2. Your “Purchases” screen will show that you are enrolled

 

Step 10 – To access your course, click the house icon in the upper left corner of your screen to see your “Home” screen

 

Then, click on “Start” to access your course materials
