We have multiple options to help our students get our training funded with no out of pocket costs.

ArmyCA
Every soldier (active guard and reserve) have $4k per FY without an ADSO to pursue certifications. All our courses (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma GB) are covered by Army CA Funding. All come with training, materials, one year access, unlimited re-attendance, exam and failure retest.
Soldiers can pursue any two of our certifications per FY.

Air Force COOL
Every active duty enlisted Airman/Guardian is given $4500 over their career to pursue professional certifications. This can be used to cover all of our courses but there are rank restrictions.

CAPM/PMP: All Ranks
PMI-ACP: E7 and above (leadership cert)
LSSGB: All Ranks

By starting all airmen at a CAPM Career goal we comply with AF Cool guidance to ensure everyone will meet the experience requirement.

By starting with CAPM we allow the ability for airmen of all ranks to use AF COOL to potentially earn a PMP certification (experience dependent).
-
If after our PMP/CAPM prep course and using our application assistance, Airmen get their PMP application approved by PMI, we will pay for the PMP exam instead of CAPM if requested.

USCG CA/COOL
Every active duty Guardsman is given $4500 every FY to pursue professional certifications. This can be used to cover all of our courses. This funding is in addition to $4500 for College.
​
All courses come with training, materials, one year access, unlimited re-attendance, exam and failure retest. Guardsman can pursue any two of our certifications per FY.

Veteran GI BILL
Every veteran or family member with GI BILL Eligibility (Chapter 31, 33, and 35) can use it to pay for our PMP training. We are working on LSSGB as well but not yet. This is a reimbursement program.

Federal/Unit funding
Every federal employee can use unit or organizational funds/training dollars to pay for civilian certifications that compliment their current job/MOS/AFSC. There are no restrictions on rank, active duty status etc., as long as the leadership is willing to invest organizational funds.
Single purchase limit is $25k without a contract which would allow individuals or groups to attend our courses.

VR&E
Every disabled veteran has access to Ch31 Vocational Rehabilitation and Education (VR&E). PM-ProSolutions/PM-ProLearn's PMP training is an approved course in the VR&E program.
When talking with a VA counselor make sure they look us up in the Tungsten system as PM-ProSolutions Inc.

MyCAA is a workforce development program that provides eligible military spouses with up to $4,000 in financial assistance for licenses, certifications or associate degrees to pursue an occupation or career field.
