Our training includes the exam and a retest, if needed (restrictions apply, retest not available for CCMP), with a year of unlimited re-attendance and access to our robust learning system. PM-ProLearn’s credit card hold authorization program provides an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing certifications through a reimbursement plan. Reimbursement plans typically require students to pay the entire certification fee upfront, provide proof of enrollment, submit a receipt, and then receive reimbursement later from their third-party provider. With our credit card hold option, students can register now and train immediately without incurring a cost for 30-days.
The goal of this program is to give students additional time to submit the necessary paperwork to process their reimbursement. During these 30 days, students may see a “pending” line item on their credit card account indicating the hold.

Start training immediately.
Unlike our deferred payment program, the credit card hold allows students to attend and complete training now, without waiting for the reimbursement process to be completed while also adding an additional 30 days without incurring any costs. Using our deferred payment program only incurs a $100 deposit but may delay completion of the course up to 90 days or until the balance can be paid up.
Works with multiple reimbursement programs
Students can utilize this option with various reimbursement funding sources, such as the Post 9/11 GI Bill®, CG COOL, employer tuition reimbursement programs, or any other third-party corporate or government entity willing to cover certification costs through a reimbursement model.
Attend Now with No Upfront Costs
Using the credit card hold option allows you to register and begin training right away on your preferred class date without paying the full cost upfront. The amount is simply held on your card without being charged for 30-days. Students can start their desired class date immediately, even if their reimbursement hasn’t been received yet.
Flexible extensions
We may grant hold extensions on a case-by-case basis to assist students facing processing delays. For example, if you’ve done everything right in accordance to our agreement and submitted your paperwork on time, but an external delay (such as VA processing delays) occurs beyond your control, we will review your case to determine if an extension is appropriate—so you can train without stress or unexpected charges.
Step-By-Step Guide for Credit Card Hold Authorization
Step 1: If you haven’t been assigned to a PM-ProLearn advisor yet, please fill out this quick form to get started. While you wait for your advisor’s welcome email, move on to step 2 to verify your benefits. You can also download our checklist to help you along the way!
Step 2: Once you have filled out our request form, view and make note of which course(s) you want to attend on our website. The "Upcoming Courses" menu at the top of our website allows you to select the certification type you're interested in and view the list of available classes.
Step 3: Your advisor will contact you to confirm your class start date and to discuss the use of the credit card hold option. They will send you a DocuSign agreement for signature. Once signed, you will provide your credit card number to your advisor over the phone at which point the hold will be placed. Please ensure you are using a credit card and not a debit card.
Step 4: Congratulations! Your funding process is complete, and you'll be fully enrolled the next business day in the course and can start your certification journey.

Frequently Asked Questions about VR&E for Certifications
You may be eligible for VR&E benefits and services if you're a service member and you have a 20% or higher pre-discharge disability rating and will soon leave the military, or you're waiting to be discharged because of a severe illness or injury that occurred while you were on active duty.

We have 2 different processes: one where you can pay the full amount upfront and get reimbursed, which can get you enrolled immediately, or a deferred payment plan that only requires $100 down and can enroll you in about 90 days. Both options will require you to submit paperwork we provide to the VA to get reimbursement, so the certification ends up being at no cost to you.
