"Earning my PMP wasn’t a straight path—but it was worth every step.
I first completed my course in June 2025, but between work travel, life transitions i.e. planning for retirement and personal loss, staying consistent was a challenge. At the start of 2026, I made the decision to reset, refocus, and truly commit. I retook the course, shifted my approach from memorization to understanding, and showed up daily with intention.
In April 2026, I passed my PMP on the first attempt.
This journey required discipline, sacrifice, and trusting myself—even in moments of doubt. But it proved that anything is possible with consistency and commitment.
