"I first heard of Project Management Institute PMP Certification all the way back in 2010 but was intimidated by the requirements.
When I retired from the Marines in 2022, I took the course with a different Authorized Training Partner but never sat for the exam. I didn’t feel prepared enough even though I was an active participant in the 35-hour course.
After receiving the news of my PepsiCo Frito Lay site closure in November, I decided this is something I need to do. Not only have I successfully delivered projects in the military but I had proven that I was able to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—all while minimizing downtime.
