Air Force COOL Training Program.
As a partner with AF COOL we want to ensure Airmen can take full advantage of this great program. By understanding the nuances of funding and AFI policy we work with airmen to educate and empower them so they can make informed decisions.
Our system and training access will exceed AF COOL timelines for all certifications and comes with some added benefits listed below:
For CAPM/PMP students
By starting all airmen at a CAPM Career goal we comply with AF Cool guidance to ensure everyone will meet the experience requirement.
By starting with CAPM we allow the ability for airmen of all ranks to use AF COOL to potentially earn a PMP certification (experience dependent).
If after our PMP/CAPM prep course and using our application assistance, Airmen get their PMP application approved by PMI, we will pay for the PMP exam instead of CAPM if requested.
For ALL Courses:
If you don't pass your exam the first time, we will pay for a second attempt.
If you don't pass after two attempts (within one year), we will reimburse AF COOL.
To find out more about our training program, just submit the form here and one of our Client Advisors will contact you within one business day to give you the details and answer your questions.
Want to get a group class for PMP, Agile or Lean Six Sigma? We can do that, too.

Per AF COOL Handbook: Members are responsible for completing their certification. Completed means the member has submitted a successful exam result within 120 days of the start date on their funding
request(s) and the results are updated in AFAEMS. Members who fail to report their completion results within 120 days of completion will reimburse the AFCOOL program. This includes all funds issued for the exam(s) to include all expenses related to a
preparatory course, study materials, and fees related to the certification goal. Submitting documentation showing preparatory course completion does not meet this criterion.
The member has 60 days from the exam end date indicated on the funding request to submit exam results. Extensions are reviewed upon request, with proper documentation from the certification agency. If approved, members can be extended up to 120 days from the exam end date identified on the funding request.
*Timelines: To join an already scheduled class, students would need to submit their invoice and funding request to AF COOL between 30 to 60 days prior to the course.
To custom schedule a class we need 90-120 days from start.
